On May 13, TÜV Rheinland awarded the Japan S-Mark certification for energy storage battery systems (tested according to JIS C 8715-2:2019) to SolaX Power. 

Mr. Li Xinfu, Chairman of SolaX Power, and Mr. Li Weichun of TÜV Rheinland attended the ceremony on behalf of both companies.

Mr. Li Xinfu, Chairman of SolaX Power, said that SolaX Power has been actively developing the Japanese market. "This JAPAN S-Mark certification from TÜV Rheinland is proof of the safety, reliability, and excellent quality of SolaX Power's energy storage battery products, which can greatly enhance the reliability of SolaX Power's products in the Japanese market. SolaX believes that TÜV Rheinland has a good reputation as an objective, neutral, and authoritative third-party organization.

The product won the TÜV Rheinland Japan S-Mark is SolaX Power's residential energy storage system, which is easy to install, with a long-life cycle and high safety performance. It uses 100% green energy and is pollution-free, and has an official 10-year warranty.

After the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Fukushima nuclear power plant leak in 2011, the Japanese government has made it a priority to promote the use of energy storage systems to support the energy industry. Energy storage system products should meet the technical requirements of electrical safety, performance, communication, seismic resistance, and other aspects, and obtain a certificate issued by a third-party certification authority before entering the Japanese market. After the audit of permission, the manufacture can receive the energy storage subsidy.

TÜV Rheinland is one of the four certification institutions that is authorized by the Safety Certification Association for Electrical Products (SCEA) in Japan to test and certify energy storage products and to issue S-mark certificates.

Japanese consumers attach great importance to the safety of electrical appliances, and S-Mark is widely recognized in the Japanese market.
